College Park, Georgia

In 2003, the city of College Park was named one of Atlanta Magazine's "Best Places to Call Home." Deriving from a land grant awarded in 1846 and incorporated in 1895, College Park is one of the few cities in the United States that had a female architect actively involved in its planning and design. With over 867 buildings on the Historic Register, College Park is Georgia's fourth largest National Register District.

College Park is home to the largest independent school in the continental United States, Woodward Academy. The city also houses the new Georgia International Convention Center, which is the second-largest exhibit and meeting space in Georgia and the host of various meetings, trade shows and events. College Park is also the location for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world's busiest airport. According to the 2010 census, College Park's population is over 20,000 residents.
